We will guide you through the book, and experience the exercises together!

You all know the situation where you’ve been asked to facilitate a session related to a certain topic. The book ‘Toolkit for Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters’ guides you in facilitating an amazing session! During this session we will talk you through the WHY, HOW, and WHO of the book, and divide ourselves into break-outs to experience 3 different exercises:

  • Smell of the place
  • Team Manifesto
  • Story mapping

 

ABOUT: 

Maarten Kossen is Senior Agile Coach and Managing Director at Prowareness USA. He is also a licensed Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org. As an Agile coach, Maarten is focused on enterprise Agile transformations. Among his work as a coach, he has helped large, multi-national enterprises take steps towards more agility. He is specialized in strategic agility, globally distributed teams, and on-premise to (public) cloud migration efforts. As a trainer, Maarten has taught many Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leaders.

Charlotte Bendermacher is an agile coach and trainer at Prowareness WeOn. She helps clients in their agile transformation in the role of an agile coach. By focusing on the people and teams, getting them moving, working together, and achieving goals, she ensures that the change takes place within an organization. Coaching, training, and facilitating people is where she gets a lot of energy from.

Cleo Kampschuur is an agile coach at Prowareness WeOn. In an agile coach or scrum master role she helps clients with their agile transformation. Several organizations have already been helped by her in their journey to agility through training, coaching, and facilitating. Cleo has a lot of experience in guiding (distributed) teams and has thus developed a strong passion for culture. It has become her expertise to get these teams as high-performing as possible.
