Product OCertified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner (CSP®-PO) is an in-depth multi-day immersion into the world of Scrum and the role of a professional Product Owner. Filled with real-world examples from the attendees’ experiences, you’ll leave this class with practical tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately at your workplace.  Certified Scrum Professionals challenge their teams to improve the way Scrum and Agile principles are applied. CSP®-POs have demonstrated experience, documented training, and proven knowledge in Scrum and Product Development.

The key to learning is class engagement.  This class blends theory and practices through exercises, quizzes, games and stories to create a fully immersive experience that allows participants to learn and understand key concepts by experiencing them throughout the class.

Scrum is a lightweight framework that is simple to understand but difficult to master.  It requires deep experience to understand the patterns that help make teams and organizations successful. Miljan has over 15 years of experience leading, coaching and training Agile teams. PRE-REQUISITES: 

• Current Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO®) certification with Scrum Alliance. 
• At least two years of work experience in a Product Owner role in the last five years.  (In order to validate work experience, it must be entered on candidate’s Scrum Alliance profile in Scrum Experience section where it is noted that this is required for Path to CSP applications.) 

WHAT YOU GET:

• Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP-PO) after successfully completing the class and verifying at least two years of Product Owner work experience. There is no exam for this certification. 
• 16 Scrum Alliance SEU’s
• 16 Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU’s; course can be used in application for PMI-ACP Certification
