The power of story-telling narrative in scrum events
The scrum guide describes clearly all five scrum events, but in typical scrum-guide fashion does not tell us /how/ we should run these meetings. One method we can apply is to use storytelling, in particular narrative structure. Understanding good narrative will help us structure all our events, but most especially sprint planning, review and retrospectives. In this session I’ll teach a simple, and powerful structure to both contain the scrum events, and make them infinitely more imaginative.
